If an order isn't delivered, or isn't as described, you're entitled to a full refund to your account balance.
When a seller cancels an order (for example because it's out of stock), the order price goes straight back to your account balance. Payment fees aren't refunded, but your balance is spent automatically on your next order with no fees.
Refunds for orders confirmed as received are only possible through the account warranty.
